I was impressed from the very beginning with the friendliness and professionalism of my adjuster, she found other areas that could be touched up. Communication was outstanding with the text progress reports, always knew the status of the car repairs. It took an extra day to do alignment, but I would rather get the job done right the first time. The quality of the work is top notch, no squeaks or rattles, the paint is perfect. I just took the car up to Atlanta and I think it drives better now than when it was new. I was quite impressed with everything about 5 Star collision. I hope I don't need you in the future, but if I do; no question, the car will come to you!!

When I picked up my vehicle it had a nail in the tire. As soon as I got in my van, the tps came on and indicated an issue with rear tire. I was told that ut had to have been there before and that there was no way it happened at the shop. Yet, when i brought my vehicle there was no nail in my tire. The nail was barely in the tire and based on the location, if the nail had been in my tire it would have been pushed deeper into the tire. So, again no possible way that it was in my tire before i picked it up. They put air in my tire and said i should be fine. I am not happy about the way the issue was addressed. I took my van home and then woke up to a flat tire. Which I now have to try to get repaired.
