The repair job was done correctly,buy I was promised my car at a certain time, drove over there, and the service guy called me at 5 while I was standing in line waiting to get my car. He was very nice, but it was a major incovenience. If is better to under promise and under deliver.

I am completely satisfied with the work done on my car. I feel the communication could have been better. I left my car for a week to have a bumper and hail damage repaired. The car was not ready when I returned and then I was told that the hail repair couldn't be done until the 28th which is roughly 5 weeks after requesting the repair and never being told that it couldn't be done while it was at shop for a week. No one called to tell me the hail damage couldn't be done. I find it hard to believe that there were that many people ahead of me for hail repair. I think I fell through the cracks. If the hail work can't be done on the 28th I will be in a huge jam because my daughter needs to take the car to college 400 miles away on the 31st.
