Moss Body Shop had my Nissan Leaf for 50 days! Each time I spoke with Steve he had a different reason (lie) about why it was taking so long to repair my car. I do not trust Steve or the work that Moss Body Shop did on my car. I will never recommend Moss Body Shop to anyone I know. In fact, I have also contacted my insurance company and the local auto dealership service departments and told them about my experience with Moss and ask that they never recommend their clients bring their cars to Moss Body Shop. Maybe the "home" office in Virginia needs to take a closer look at their operations in North Carolina. There are some shady deals happening at Moss Body Shop. You have a wonderful business plan. Hire incompetent and dishonest people, and treat your customers like crap. Good luck with success in the future.
