Several:
(****)The clear stone guard sticker was applied incorrectly and another has been ordered; however, Stallings is an half hour from work. That being said it is extremely difficult to carve out an hour and half during my work day. We were told that the truck was complete and ready to be picked up.
(2)There is a sticky residue between the cab and the bed, I'm guessing that was some part of the masking that was not completely removed.
(3)There are two noticeable divots in the repair. Bondo pops?
My reason for choosing Stallings was the convenience of having the adjuster, the body shop and the rental car all in one place. All in all I would give the repair a "C." I'm not mad, just disappointed, had I known the outcome I would have taken
it to Harry's or Moss.

I really am impressed with quality of work. I was not pleased that due a wrong part being ordered and not caught right away it created an additional week of waiting. Having said that Stalling's did absorb all additional costs.
Repair was fine, but took a few days longer than promised date.

We came to pick up our car this evening after hours and upon inspection noticed that the bumper wasn't properly installed. The car was the only one in the lot that was backed in and we can't help but think that this was an attempt to hide the faulty installation.
However, he text message alerts regarding the status of the car were great and the sales associate was very friendly and courteous.
