First let me say that the work on my car is awesome and I have absolutely no complaints there. My only negative remark is that it took so long to get in for that repair (estimate was May 13...appointment was July 26). Maybe that's pretty normal, I'm not sure but otherwise, I was very happy with Stallings.

I was told my car would be washed and detailed prior to pick up. This was not true. It took over two weeks to replace a bumper. The communication from Stallings was poor. I had to call repeatedly to determine when my car would be completed. On one occasion I was told that someone would call me back later in the day to clarify the status and this did not happen. I was also told my car would be ready for pick up by early afternoon, which was then altered to later in the evening.
