The staff were all very welcoming, and I felt assured that my car was in good hands. The workers, rental car rep who walked me through the rental car process and the front desk personnel were all happy to answer any questions that I had, and I liked that I was contacted with updates via text, phone call and email. They made something that could easily be a headache and a hassle very comfortable and non-stressful. Most importantly, the excellent outcome of my car door afterwards was outstanding. I would never know that someone had damaged my car in the first place, it looked brand new. Although these things happen unexpectedly with vehicles (and I hope another unfortunate situation/accident doesn't occur to my car), I am immensely pleased with their fine workmanship, and would recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was easy, from meeting with the insurance adjuster, to meeting with the rental people, all at the collision center. The repair took longer than originally promised, however, my car looked great when I got it back!

My bumper was repaired from hitting a deer a few months back. Some clips broke under the bumper that slowly caused the bumper to fall in one side (from the inside- not from a collision) and they charged me over 350 to repair which was from either faulty clips or not on properly - but they would not cover - even the Geico person said that it was broke from inside - no collusion but still charged me 350. Very upset about this 'guaranteed service'
