Mark and CJ were both very courteous. Although I did not get a first call back with information I did get the automated update and once I reached MARK I continued to get updates.
Mark and CJ as well as another man at front desk stayed so I could pick up my car right away. Co also spruced up a few minor dings soy car would look uniform, nice touch! I am actually from Fl and had the work done here while visiting a friend so very convenient with little disruption to my vacation. We will recommend Stalling's to acquaintances here in Brevard. While text update could be a great service, it wasn't as timely as preferred. I called office twice on first day and twice on second day to check on status of car. During that time, didn't receive text update first day to let me know car would need to be kept overnight. Phone call indicated car ready around lunchtime. Text on second day came in 9am and said car was nearing completion. But when I hadn't heard by ****, I called to see when ready. My phone calls to office gave info I needed. However, phone call from repair office or more timely text would have been appreciated more. Not upset, just want to offer honest feedback for customer service improvement. Car repairs were fine, thank you

I had one small place that need to be touched up that was right at the dent. After my experience with the Geico repairs I thought for sure they would touch it up. But Stallings did not. Secondly, because Dent Rx was unavailable I now have to contact him to complete the repair. I'm just disappointed that Stallings does not handle it all in house.
