Several grease stains left in interior of car, overall returned pretty dusty and dirty, blobs of grease on exterior of car. Somehow ruined my brand new battery, I appreciate the new one, but I lost my wArranty on my old battery when u replaced it( I would like old battery back) so I can retain warranty. I have not drove car yet, but fianc is claiming of vibration( I have not drove it yet, her words)

took way longer than expected. had car for almost 2weeks. communication was lackluster. wasn't told they were keeping my car until after the fact. didn't even start working on my car for 3days. very poor experience. would not use again and car still be rattles underneath. that's what was supposed to be fixed. what did I pay and wait for?
