The texting app is a great idea but if it is not accurate it should not be used. My car ended up taking 4 days longer than my original estimate and I wasn't notified until I called prior to picking my car up on the original estimate date.

Professional team, communication clear on what needed to be done & what was done. There was a day delay on vehicle being ready for pickup, a call that day or text saying it was delayed would have been helpful but I called so all was well. Enterprise was cordial but didn't have a van for me to use after I specifically requested it. Things were a little chaotic when arriving at Enterprise at the front desk (computer) but the vehicle was satisfactory.

I ordered my parts on August 28. On September 16 I called to confirm my September 21 appointment. No one informed me of a problem at that time. I called again on 9/23 to see if repairs would be completed on 9/24. I was told no, Stallings was waiting on a new bumper. How could three weeks pass w/o anyone ordering and/or inspecting the bumper? During this time I did not get one email update or phone call.
