I really loved the text updates. They were informative, cute and thoughtful. The only problem I had was that my car had a lot of residue all over my seats from the work, and I would have appreciated having it at least wiped down.

The staff from the receptionist to the Geico rep, the rental car rep, and the car repair man were personable, professional and gave me as the customer a confidence that all would be fine with the job to restore my car. My deadline was pushed back 4 times.in return it costed me around 300 dollars out of pocket for a rental car. I have over spray all over the driver side of my vehicle and dusting all over the inside.it was in clean up for over 4 hours and I had to clean my windows and windshield inside and out so I could see properly. Not what I expected from an outfit as such.
