My window decal was removed that allows me to get into my gated community. It is not even on the side that work was to be done. I will now have to pay to have a new one put on my vehicle.
Also, the gasket that goes around the window was damaged in the accident and was not repaired.
The pickup process should involve a walk through with someone who could tell me exactly what was done to my vehicle.

The car repair was fine, but the inside of the car was full of dust. My car is not the cleanest because I have a dog that sheds all year long, but it's obvious your shop left the inside of car unprotected while repairing the door. You didn't even bother to shake the mat, let alone wipe the dust that you allowed to settle. There is a giant dirty foot mark on the mat. I understand you are not in the business of cleaning cars, but at least return customers' vehicles in the same condition you found them.

There are gouges in the paint on the drivers side can corner from the removal and replacement of the bed. There are several spots on the paint work that was done that look like there was dirt and/or oil that wasn't cleaned up prior to painting. My spare tire fell off the truck this morning...the cable holding the tire up has a clean break in it. When looking at my spare tire mount I noticed that my rear clearance lights were not reconnected. There is overspray on the passenger running board. Srcatches in the drivers rear fender where the 4 x 4 sticker was removed to match the new sticker on the passenger side. Many small details that were overlooked that could have been noticed during the inspection by Geico inspector and Stallings Collision.
