I was told the car would take 2-3 days to fix. Then I was told it would be ready on Friday (day 4). Then I was told Monday (**** week). Then I was told Tuesday(8 days). I called at 5 to see if it was ready and it had just been cleaned up. If I had not called it would have been another day. This was for a ****,200 fix. No, I am not satisfied. And the fixed areas had rough edges.

The work seems to be good. However, it took us nearly 3 months to get our car to the shop. Not a lot of communication on your part to keep us abreast on the time frame. We had to keep calling and still not getting a satisfactory response.
