Basic bumper replacement. But I love that the car was all clean on the outside. I think his name was Seth was absolutely wonderful as my daughter hurt her finger in the car door and he ran to get her some ice just wanted to say thank you for the human compassion

Paint color is wrong, misaligned body pieces, back bumper was never fixed. Inner plastic pieces not installed correctly.
Fisheyes, runs, rough paint through out.
I am now having to bring the car back for rework at a huge inconvenience to my self.
I am having to rent a car also and i would greatly appreciate it if you would cover that cost as i should not have to be bringing my vehicle back to a professinal body shop for a complete rework.

Very friendly, thorough staff. Appreciated them making me aware -at the outset-of a potential "issue" with replacement of the protective covering that overlaps the bumper. (i.e.They said that occasionally Lexus changes the part so that it might not look exactly the same.) Again, I appreciated that level of professionalism and attention to detail.
