Kim is a valuable employee. She obviously knows her job and delights in customer service. She made me feel special but I got the feeling she makes all the customers feel that way. Todd was also very professional and helpful. They were the only two I personally had contact with but both could not have been any better. The job was done well and in a timely manner.
