Took an extra day however. Context was kinda fishy. Had to have minor work redone when I finally got to pick up my Lexus. Car looks good, though. People were nice.

Heather was great. Professional, thorough, and responsive. My only minor complaint was the confusion stemming from up car pick up #****). The plate to the fuse box was just sitting there in my car no explanation. #2). My radio had to have it's code reset in order to work. This was not hard to correct, but simply caused a little stress because it was not explained and was unexpected.

The passenger door does not close properly, and the warning lights and sounds inside do not stop.
I have already made an appointment to bring the car back, but I am frustrated that it was not correct the first time. I believe a simple test drive would have identified this was an issue. This will cost me time and money to have to come back.
