Kelly was AWESOME...organized, prompt, on top of every detail of my job. Communication was frequent, concise & complete, and the job was wrapped up well in advance of the promised date. My SUV looks like new, and I will recommend ABRA to anyone!

the service workers that prepared my honda pilot did a fabulous job on the damage and they detailed and washed my truck ???? up soooooo nicely! !! they did a.wonderful job and taminka was. very. nice and pleasant but that other. one could. use more customer service or either needs to start a later shift because obviously early mornings when you're busy are not for. her! !!!! otherwise great service

Everyone that helped me at Abra was exceptionally helpful and kind. I was helped primarily by Jeffrey Shesto. He kept me up to date and was very informative. I arrived to the shop at the last possible minute to pick up my car due to working late and no employee made me feel rushed or bothersome. Also, there was a slight problem with one of the entry buttons on my door I noticed when opening it. I notified an employee and she told a technician who took the time to look at my car and fix it immediately. His name was Mark I believe. I really appreciated his kindness in taking the time to look at the problem after hours. Overall, my experience at Abra was great and I will be returning if I ever need body or glass work in the future.
