The dent by the rear drivers side taillight was supposed to have been fixed and the B rear windshield wiper is dented and bent. Both of those things were shown to the Allstate Insurance Claims Dept.at the ABRA AUTOBODY SHOP.Also the ABRA AUTOBODY STAFF(Kelly)had to add other things on to the Claim that Mr.Szabo missed putting the parts and labor onto the rear bumper part of my Claim. Kelly from ABRA AUTOBODY STAFF also told me that they (ABRA AUTOBODY)were supposed to have done a walk around the Truck with me to make sure that the ALLSTATE Claims STAFF that works at ABRA didn't miss putting anything onto the Claims Report. ALLSTATE never communicated with the ABRA AUTOBODY STAFF.KELLY from the ABRA AUTOBODY STAFF was very Professional and I had EXCELLENT Customer Service with KELLY. KELLY in my opinion is a huge asset to the ABRA AUTOBODY SHOP. She was doing her job and the job of 2 other people,because she goes over everything to see if anyone else made a mistake.I still need to get the REAR DENT FIXED,and I need to get the REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER DENT FIXED AND BENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION. Somebody I think needs to call me at (414)-326-6953 and schedule a appointment for me to bring the Truck back into the Autobody Shop to fix the 2 parts of my Truck that were going to be done the FIRST TIME!!! Overall I give ABRA AUTOBODY STAFF MEMBER "KELLY" A 10, for being so HEADS UP during the whole process of my Claim. The Customer service up front did pretty well, except that I was forgotten about when it came to getting my Rental Car from Enterprise. I had a Reservation for the Rental car to be at ABRA AUTOBODY SHOP by 8a.m., and everybody else that was waiting for a rental car had got one and left already. I didn't get my Rental Car from Enterprise until 10:10a.m. That's 2 hours that I was waiting for Enterprise to bring me a Car, so that I could go on with my day. I know that the Rental Car mix up wasn't entirely Abra's Customer Services fault. Therefore I will give ABRA AUTOBODY SHOP AND STAFF a "8"!!! That's **** being the worst experience ever, and 10 being one of the greatest experiences that I ever had with a Company. Please call me or text me when you're ready for me to bring the Truck back into the Autobody Shop to finish up with the rest of my Claim process that ALLSTATE FORGOT TO PUT IN THE CLAIM REPORT.
