I was greeted by Tamica when I walked in the door. She was extremely friendly and clearly explained the process to me. Then Bud came out and walked me through the rest of the process. I can't tell you how much his daily phone calls and the texts from ABRA meant to me to let me know where they were in the process. I hope I never have another accident but if I do I will absolutely take my car to ABRA and I will recommend you guys to all my family and friends! My car looks beautiful!

They did such a great job with my Jetta! It looks like there was never any damage to begin with. They even touched up a scratch in the paint that was as unrelated to the accident for free. AND it was super clean when they returned it to me, which I love!
