Was promised calls from the rep and geiko and was not called until I said something . My husband went to look at the truck and found 3 other things that were wrong that they did not even see that was caused from the accident. I went to pick the truck up and seen the bumper was not on correctly and ended up leaving with the rental again because they could not fix While I was there and lost out on wages at work due to the issue. The only positive was then Kelly brought my truck to my work instead of me driving all the way back to Abra since I do not live close.

I just picked up mt car and the steering seems a little tight and making noise but will give it a few days. The power steering line was replaced. I am confident that if anything needs to be fixed it will. With that said, the customer service was outstanding. The communication was outstanding and the turn around time was impressive. My Kia is my baby and she looks great! Nice job team. I will speak your praises to everyone I know. Dealing with an accident is never fun. You certainly made it more bearable.
