Two delays to get correct and operational parts were disappointing. I find it hard to believe that parts for a **** year-old vehicle take 2 days to acquire. The personnel at Abra were excellent, however. They always treated me with respect and I really appreciated the telephone updates on the status of my car. Even when the news was bad. The car looks excellent. In the end you did a good job.

The work done on the hood, radiator and front nerf bar were excellent. No complaints at all. Noticed that the replacement front grille was used. The estimate from Erie Insurance listed a replacement front grille, but did not specify new or used. Guess I was expecting a new one.
