The Milwaukee and the Delafield locations were very service oriented. I appreciated their update calls and personal service on location. The emails from Abra however were irrelevant. Would rather have an email with actual information, as opposed to a courtesy email about nothing... "Your car's in good hands" is an inbox time waster.
