Just have to comment that I'm not crazy about your new texting system. I responded to a text and never got an answer. I received a text advising of the wrong/old date for my revised date of completion, and I received the last text about my vehicle being completed well after I brought the car home. Automation doesn't always work well.

I think that the technicians should do a full diagnostics on a car that has been in an accident to make sure nothing else is wrong with the car that's not noticeable visually.

The work was done efficiently and correctly and I felt very in control with the frequent updates and information that was shared with me. I also was blown away by the fact they cleaned the entire inside of my car, which was no easy task with the mess my kids had in there.
