Excellent job done on my 2013 CRV. The automated text feature where you keep your customers informed of the progress on their vehicle is a very nice tool. I also received phone calls of the progress as well. I always knew where in the process my vehicle was.

I was told I would receive a call from the claims estimator that day. I sat around the house all day and waited by the phone for a call that NEVER came. I then called ABRA at approximately 4:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) and was told that claims estimator was out in the field and would call me around 5:30 p.m. I NEVER received that call either.
