Dealt with a gentleman when there was a concern the following day after I picked up my car and well lets just he didn't seem to care to even investigate and resolve the problem. Once I got upset he went to grab his manager which she is completely opposite she was fantastic and actually fixed what was a very minor problem.
Customer service goes along ways! Something he may need to learn more about!
