I have to take car back because grill appears to be sticking out on driver side. The grill was replaced by Abra. Also I informed Abra what my main concern is with car. When I got the car back the concern was still there. I think that if there was an issue present, they should have told me instead of me pointing out the concern again. However, Abra staff are willing to look at issue again. Don't know resolution yet. Taking car back tomorrow. I work, so this is an inconvenience to take car back again.

Terry and **** were friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the daily communication on the progress. (I would suggest a text or phone call. I didn't need both.) picking up my van after 4 days was quite surprising. I was also impressed with the ease of obtaining a rental vehicle; having Enterprise on site is a great idea. I will definitely recommend Abra to people who need auto body work!

Staff was very kind and ready to help in every way they could. I have a large family and they accommodated to that 100% with providing me with the right vehicle.
