The experience was great overall. The only downside was the rental car. When I booked it (weeks in advance) I specifically asked for a comparable vehicle to my Toyota Highlander. The person on the phone gave specific options of that size that could be available (Durango, Traverse or Highlander). When I arrived I was given all small SUV options. When I mentioned that I requested a larger model I was told that the Hyundai Tuscan was a mid size - which it definitely is not. In the end the car was fine and I just needed to get to work, but this has happened twice now with Enterprise and it's disappointing. I could have saved the money and just taken the free Sedan instead of paying for something that wasn't much bigger.
