This is the (unfortunately) second time I've had to bring my car to Abra for body work and both times I was treated extremely well, from the front desk people (excellent first contact/impression) to the person coordinating my repairs. This time it was Don and he kept me regularly informed, was honest about the process, and went above and beyond to help me. After my recent accident, when I was talking with the insurance claims adjuster about where I could take my vehicle in for repairs, I immediately said I wanted to go to Abra. EVERYBODY working at the West Allis site who I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and supportive. Abra West Allis is incredibly well run, efficient, and very supportive. Very good job.
