The ABRA team at Madison Odana is exceptional. Having a car accident is not fun. But Lisa Rowin recognized my anxiety, introduced me to the process and immediately put me at ease. Andrew **** guided me through the paperwork and repair estimate. He gave me daily updates and let me know as soon as my car was ready for pick up two days BEFORE I expected. General Manager, Paul Enerson, saw that I was cared for above and beyond my expectation. These people should be doing your customer care training. Throughout my car repair experience from initial contact to picking up my finished vehicle they provided expert professional care laced with neighborly kindness and caring. It was a wonderful experience. I will recommend ABRA Odana to all my family and friends.
