Additional damage to the existing paint on my vehicle occurred during repair, and staff attempted to explain to me that this was my fault (in owning a vehicle with a secondary paint job) rather than offering to professionally touch up the damage. (I was given a bottle of touch-up paint, instead.) Staff also attempted to explain away the significance of the paint damage with sentiments that my car is otherwise still very valuable, as it's a Toyota with low mileage. I would like to bring the vehicle back to have the paint damage repaired, as some of it is bad enough that I fear my own touch-up efforts will make matters worse.

The only comment I have is that it would've been better if I was called 30 or so prior to when my car was set to me done that it wouldn't quite be done until later. As I had been told it would be done for sure by that time I had already left to pick it up across town.
It was fine and they rushed to get it cleaned up for me! But hats the only feedback, to not wait to call the person until the expected pick up time.

The only thing I would recommend is when you receive the car, it would be helpful for someone to literally walk through the fixes with you. I have the fixes on paper, but it would have been great for someone to step by step talk to me and show me what they did. It would be nice to have that extra touch.
