It was a great experience, from the friendly and helpful woman who set everything up, to Tim, the guy who was in charge of my car. My car was repaired and ready for pick-up when they said it would be, the communication was excellent and the car was perfect again! When I left the car for the body work, I asked Tim what he would recommend to clean the stain from my blue jeans off the driver's seat. He told me what to buy and where to buy it. When I picked the car up he had cleaned the seat himself, even though I didn't ask or expect that! How unexpected and appreciated! Definitely above and beyond! ABRA has my highest recommendation!

This answer should really be expanded upon. Although my husband and I appreciated the handling of the work involved with our vehicle from YOUR employees, we were completely unsatisfied with the way the parts delivery unfolded.....resulting in a 3 day delay of our vehicle being ready to pick up. We realize that it wasn't ABRA's fault that the part(s) did not arrive when promised but it certainly added to our frustration level. We probably would have rented a vehicle if we'd known it would have taken as long as it did.
