This is my third visit to Abra over a two year period for three different incidents. On all three occasions Scott took care of my needs promptly and efficiently. everything was based on my satisfaction and great work was done on my car. They even sent a part back because they were not satisfied with how it looked. Quality over getting it done quicker is always best. Appreciate the phone calls with constant updates though the text messages were not very helpful and unnecessary as they were very generic and vague.
