When my car was finished, staff called the wrong number to tell me, and I didn't get the message until hours later. I lost the chance to pick my car up same day.
I asked not to be texted, and you have sent me 2 texts.
Besides this, both staff (Lisa and Paul) were exceedingly kind and courteous, and I'm happy with the time it took to finish my car and how it looks now. You need to get the details down about how customers want to be contacted. You asked me my preferences-- why didn't you use them?

The entire process is really a bad experience. Every day status contradicts with another Status/ progress of repair. After delayed repair , when went to pick up the car, one of the major damage , which was meant to repaired was not even noticed and they said technicians forgot to notice and will repair. The damage is very much noticeable and it was meant to be repaired. Again delay in obtaining the car . Now I really doubt the quality of work being done on the car
