Liked the fact there weren’t any surprises following the estimate and the individuals I worked with (front desk and my specialist) were very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Start to finish, your staff thought of every detail. The ladies at the counter were helpful, knowledgeable & very pleasant. (Please give them all raises!) The repair process & timing was explained to me as well as dealing with the rental car from Hertz. My car is beautiful! You can't tell where the damage was. I am glad State Farm refers people to you. In the future I will refer anyone looking for repair work to you. I am not exaggerating these comments... you were all wonderful to deal with & I will be telling this to State Farm also. Tim was professional, friendly and helpful, as was the front desk ladies. The process was fairly smooth. One difficulty: the lack of parking!!! Really difficult to navigate in and out. You’re going to have more accidents to fix (or is that the goal? Ha Ha).
