First the scheduling was mixed up in the books. After I dropped it off I never heard anything and then it became a two day job. I was asked to receive updated via my phone and I never received any except for the survey. The biggest problem was no communication. The actual work was to my expectations. I also appreciate you washing my vehicle. I would still recommend your business, but also mention the communication failure.

They gave me back my vehicle with the check engine line still on. Also, the body work did not line up. The bumper and fender did not line up. It LOOKED like there was work done on the car. If i was looking to sell my car, no one would buy it looking like that.
