Your parking lot is too small. My customer service rep (Tim) was very polite but I had to call twice (once the first day / once the second day) to check the status of my car.

I had a wait appointment at 9:00 and when I arrived I was informed the repair was going to take longer because the part I had pre-paid for was still in the process of being painted. Then the technician ran into problems with rust, which I realize Abra couldn't do anything about, but a couple of times I was informed it'd be just another 15 minutes which turned into 30 and 60 minutes. Guess I won't do a wait appointment next time.
