First, I'm an easy going guy and understand things happen but have to say that while I found everyone to be pleasant and helpful not all issues were addressed and repaired leaving me wondering what I do now. In addition, upon vehicle return my key fab was broken and I when I brought it to the attention of the staff I was told my manager is out and he will email you. Also, extra repairs were added but upon vehicle pick-up no staff member walked me through what was done, I read through all info last night, after picking up the vehicle. Overall, while the vehicle physically looks good, I'm not satisfied with the experience. I will contact American Family Insurance today to share my comments and ask for guidance on how to get the rest of my vehicle repaired.
