The repair process was excellent, but my original estimate appointment was blown off due to some meeting. I was waiting for 45 minutes, with only being told someone would be with me "soon." Finally I was told there was a meeting going on and the receptionist wasn't sure how much longer it would be. I ended up having to leave and rescheduled the appointment for the following week. I would have appreciated being told sooner what was going on so I could have left and not wasted my entire lunch hour for nothing.
