Communication was great, and the one small issue with chips in the paint around the windshield was fixed right on the spot when we came in to pick up the car.

For the most part everything was fine. I realize the setbacks in the date the car would be ready were due to Nissan parts and shipping, not to ABRA. However, there is an issue that I am very upset about.
When I went to Enterprise to return my rental, I had to pay 120 extra out of pocket because the rental had to be extended 6 days beyond my 30 day policy limit. Somebody dropped the **** here. Throughout the process, I was assured that if my rental was needed past 30 days, that would be taken care of. I received this assurance from ABRA and from Enterprise.
However, it was not done and here I sit on a Friday short 120. Luckily I just got paid so I have the money. Otherwise I literally do not know what I would have done.
Somebody will reimburse me I am sure. That however is beside the point. The damage is already done. I am out 120 because someone did not do their job. Next week is a holiday, so I wait even longer. I am sure everyone will apologize, but I doubt I will be compensated for the error. I am disappointed, to say the least.
I was very satisfied with ABRA until the very end. Things got messed up at the end, left a sour taste in my mouth and a bad last impression. Also, no one reattached my front license plate, so I am currently driving without it on the front of my car. Not happy about that either. All in all, not the best experience. My coworker who referred me to you was exceptionally pleased with her ABRA experience, I however, cannot say the same.

Wonderful Services were provided by both David and Stacy. I cannot say enough. They had me booked within 24 hours of my call, fixed my window within a 7 hour period while I was at work. Great customer service!! I even got a ride to work which was very helpful!
