I felt that someone could have pulled my car around for me, as I saw when I dropped it off with other customers. Also, I was required to get my own car, but was sent in the wrong direction in freezing weather. My car was also down a quarter tank. Also, the inside of the windows were completely frozen and the car was not drivable for quite some time. I did not feel valued when . Picked the car up. I received a text telling me my car was "almost done" but had to call more than 24 hours later. I was disappointed.

Scratches on hood wasn't to thrilled about but I like that Abra wants to look and see what they can do. I was told I'd receive an update before Christmas which I didn't get and I had to call them on that Friday which was the day car was getting done. I did like that I could call when my car was overheating and they told me what to do and for my car towed sooner.

The car is looking great. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was extremely courteous.
My only issue was actually with the automatic texts. I didn't tell them to stop, because I had hoped they may clue me in on the process, but in the end 7 of the 9 texts were pretty generic. With the daily texts, you might want to include an ETA, or some info on what part of the process you're currently doing.
Otherwise everything was great!
