When dropping off car, was told I would be getting a call later that day explaining what was to all be redone... Only call I EVER received was a call saying my car was done. When picking up my car the guy who knew my car was not there, and the guy who looked over my car with me didn't have a clue what was all done... My DAD is a mechanic I do know my car and I would have liked to know what was going on. Visually the damage is fixed but no clue what the internal damage was.... Also when insurance called to tell me the write up had been done he said the person would be calling me later to walk through n let me know what the damage was. DONT say your going to do something if your not gona follow through
