They kept delaying my car because they kept buying the wrong parts. The staff also failed to keep me informed about my car. Most of the time I would have to call them in which they would tell me my car would be done a week later. They did this for about 6 weeks. I was also charged $900+ for a rental card. I asked about the rental car on if o should return it. I was told that “as long as Enterprise hasn’t reach out to you, you should be fine”. This is completely unacceptable. If I would’ve known I was going to be charged I would’ve return the car. I would like to speak to management about a reimbursement.

I’m still waiting to hear back from your company concerning the 7 day rental reimbursement totaling $210 for the car rental fee and time Iost informing me my vehicle was totaled causing hardship upon me having to find another vehicle in short period of time.
