In general, I am satisfied with Chesapeake Collision (CC) as a whole, but not totally. The customer service was very good and the email notifications were very useful. I have 2 complaints:
****) The vehicle was not completed by the date quoted by the CC representative (via phone). This delay caused me an extra 100.00 to rent a vehicle.
2) (Not confirmed yet) It looks like my left adaptive HID light is not moving horizontally when turning the steering wheel. I have to return the vehicle to CC to check this.
Again, other then the 2 incidents mentioned above, I am satisfied with CC overall service.

My car was damaged on a Wednesday around 11 am. I contacted my insurance company and arrangements were made to drop off my car at Chesapeake Collision. By 5 pm on Thursday, I had my car back! You could not tell that any damage had been done.
