The work was not done correctly the first-time, the car was not cleaned following the work the first time, and I got numerous texts that my completion date was changing, yet I had to call to find out that my car was ready for pickup. The whole process was treated as if I don't have other obligations than to sit around and wait to heat about the condition of my car. I got rote text messages that came late in the day, making it difficult for me to make other plans if needed. This is not my first time using Chesapeake Collision, but it may very well be my last!

I explained in the survey that my car repairs were delayed twice and once it was ready I told the clerk I would be out of the country and my son would pick it up and I would give him a check .. only to find out when he arrives, you don't accept checks .. thankfully he had access to $3500 to cover the bill until I returned but when I spoke to the clerk although he wasn't rude he was very callous and not helpful
