When I first dropped my vehicle off I asked for an estimate on when the car would be done. I was told that the person who looked at my car could let me know.This never happened and I wasn't informed about my car until the day before I was suppose to pick it up. Luckily I was able to make it work, but usually I need more than a day to make plans to get off work

Everyone was pleasant and responsive. I always knew the status of my car. The only thing I would change, which is very minor, is that my radio clearly lost power due to the repair which removed all of my settings. I know this was unavoidable, but I wish they would have warned me. I am guessing for most people this is not a big deal, but for me this resulted in about an hour of reprogramming.
