I was satisfied by the staff at the Brookfield office. Very nice and personable. The turn around time was great. The front bumper cover on my car doesn't fit perfect and there are 2 dings under the paint that I noticed upon picking it up after hours from their lot.

I was happy with my car. My only concern was that I was called and emailed that my car was ready, but when I arrived, it was not. I spent 25 minutes waiting while they cleaned my car. Ready should be READY.
