Where to start. Whether it was the estimate that kept getting adjusted, or the length of time the repairs took, or the condition of the vehicle when I finally got it back this is has been a horrible experience.
After everything was setup and approved for repairs through the insurance company I'm told that I have to make an appointment to drop off the vehicle for repairs on 03/05/2019. First the parts were delayed then were damaged during shipping. Ok, cool, I understand that things happen. What I don't understand is me the customer having to call in to get updates. Sure I got those automated texts that started coming in BEFORE work on the vehicle had even started. On the note of calling in; someone seriously needs to teach the ladies who answer the phones how to deal with customers. They answer the phones very politely but very quickly seem to grow impatient and act like they can't hang up the phone fast enough. So, what should have been a few days turned into three week + ordeal.
Then when I finely got my vehicle back I notice a crack on the passengers side of the windshield. So, I turned around and reported it, and was told that the rock chip that started the crack was there before I'd dropped off the vehicle, I said that something had to of happened to cause the chip to turn into a crack and spread as far as it had. The rep said he would speak to his manager. It was agreed that ABRA would cover the cost of a new windshield do to the original repairs taking so long. Thank you for that. And a order was placed for a tech to come out and replace my windshield on 03/28/2019. On my way back home I noticed that the engine temp was redlining, so I checked the radiator and anti-freeze reservoir. Both where close to bone dry! I know for a fact that it had plenty of radiator fluid when I dropped the vehicle off, and when I filled it back up I check for leaks and didn't find any. When I got home I was checking the windshield spray nozzle and noticed that my wiper arms were not locked in place and that the tab that locks them in place is "broken". It's still attached but is lose and won't snap into place to lock the arm so it won't come free. As I had put new blades on a couple of weeks prior I know that everything was fine.
Then today when the windshield tech came to replace my windshield he brought the wrong one. He was told that the vehicle was a '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee not 93 Jeep Cherokee. So now I get to miss class AGAIN to deal with you guys.
This is absolutely ridiculous. If I had said that I couldn't pay my deductible when I came to pick up my vehicle you wouldn't have let me take the vehicle. Yet time and time again this repair was postponed for one reason or other regardless the inconvenience to me. I could have done the repairs myself quicker and I know NOTHING about auto body repair. I will NEVER use ABRA again for anything.

Cindy was amazing she provided excellent customer care, the guy that hit me wanted to pay for the repairs out of pocket which made it harder but Cindy was amazing and got it done and the guy paid. Even though he was a **** to her she was incredibly nice to me and my family! Plus the car looks great!
