I would give them 10 out of 10 points for excellence. They were very friendly, they gave me a detailed and accurate estimate of the work to be done, they kept me well advised of the progress of the work both by telephone and by text message, the work was performed beautifully and professionally, and the charge for the service was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
