When I came to pick up my car and drop off the rental car, I forgot to leave the rental car keys with you. I discovered it after you had closed.I returned to your store and found the rental car in the parking lot unlocked. I locked it and put the keys in your key drop box. It didn't seem very deep and the hole was pretty large. This made me nervous so I put my hand in to see if I could retrieve the key and I could. I put in it one of the paper envelopes and was still able to pull it out. I was not comfortable at all leaving the key so I took it to Enterprise and left it in their box which was totally secure.
