I was mostly satisfied. The only real problem was that it took so much longer to complete than expected. I realize this was probably because the damage was more extensive than originally thought, but it was kind of frustrating to keep having the estimate of completion date pushed back. Aside from that, the work appears to be quality so far.

Above & beyond service: updates, cleaning the interior, good looking repairs. Front desk individuals could use a bit more training: how to solve caller problems or at least refer them immediately to one who could solve; they just responded that they did not know. Ease of access to insurer & vehicle rental was very convenient; very little time spent in office.
