First, the process was seamless. I had information about repairs, insurance coverage, and a rental car at one location. Abra explained the work they thought the vehicle required in site when I dropped it off. They clarified it in a phone call after they disassembled the damaged parts. The estimated time Thor repair they provided was just one day longer than it actually took. I was informed daily of the progress and am very happy with the results. It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. Also, everyone was very friendly even though it's stressful to have been in an accident and be without a car. I really appreciate the awesome service!
